Returns & Refunds

We are more than happy to refund on faulty items. Please notify us by email info@everythingcoconut.com.au of any faults within 24hrs of receiving the item. Preferably with a photo of the product fault if required.

Please note that Everything Coconut & More is open for business 24/7. However any orders placed over the weekend wont be processed until the beginning of the working week.

We currently only ship within Australia.



What are your shipping charges?

  • Flat Rate of $9.95 for all order Australia Wide
  • All Shipping is FREE for orders over $99.00


Who is your Transport Company?

For Local SA Metro Orders our courier of choice is “Couriers Please” This is usually same day or next day service.

For Interstate orders that aren’t particularly heavy (1-2kg) we will use Australia Post. (tracking details will be supplied)

If your order is quite weighty our courier of choice is “Sendle” . Sendle will deliver to your door and give you up-to-date tracking information.

Sendle is a Carbon Neutral Company which offsets 100% of CO2 for every parcel!

Which currency do you use?

We use the Australian Dollar (AUD)


What methods of payment do you take?

Payment can be made through PayPal. Or with your credit card through the secured E-Way gateway payment method.

We now accept AFTERPAY payments for sales totaling $50 and over.

I don’t have a PayPal account?

PayPal checkout accepts credit cards no PayPal account required. Just follow the prompts. We also have added an Eway Payment Gateway for those that prefer not to use Pay Pal. Everything Coconut DOES NOT store your credit card information. Payments are made securely through PayPal or the secured E-Way Gateway.

Can I direct deposit?

Yes. Direct Deposit is available please email us with the products you are after and the quantities and we will send you an invoice with our banking details so direct deposit can be made.
